Cancel an order

Step 1: Log In

Log in to your account on our marketplace platform using the same email address you used to place the order.

Step 2: Navigate to Orders

Once logged in, navigate to the “Orders” section. Here, you’ll find a list of all your recent orders.

Step 3: Select the Order to Cancel

Find the order you wish to cancel from the list. Click on the order details to open it.

Step 4: Request Cancellation

Within the order details, you’ll find an option to “Request Cancellation.” Click on this option to initiate the cancellation process.

Step 5: Provide Reason for Cancellation

We value your feedback. Please provide a brief reason for canceling the order. This helps us improve our services and understand your needs better.

Step 6: Confirm Cancellation

After providing the reason, confirm your decision to cancel the order. Once confirmed, your cancellation request will be submitted to our team for processing.

Step 7: Await Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your cancellation request. This email will confirm whether your request has been approved and provide any additional instructions, if necessary.

Important Note:

● Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the status of the order and our cancellation policy.

● Depending on the stage of processing, cancellation may not always be possible. In such cases, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

● Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
